Customers are billed monthly, with fees based on my hourly rate and the time I’ve spent with them for that month. Monthly service covers everything from adding new website content, to publishing, software and plugin maintenance, upgrades and site additions, technical support & repairs, and oversight of web operations and performance.
Each week, I scan your servers with WordFence, and we also go further with your web host’s security applications. A weekly scan dramatically reduces the likelihood of malware or virus.

Each month I log into your system once per week (15 to 30 minutes of time). I’ll update WordPress operating software and plugins, publish any content that is requested & submitted, and I’ll run security & firewall scans to maintain a secure environment.
Keeping up to date with all installations makes your website and its hosting secure and hacker free, and prevents security compromises from ever happening.
I take your requests monthly by email or telephone, and give transparency with all completed work.

WEBSITE BACKUPS
I will keep a backup of your installation, files, and contents. Likewise, I will maintain your site backups with web hosts in the event something catastrophic occurs.

With my oversight, I’ll know instantly if your site is down for whatever reason and can get it back up ASAP without you ever having to bother me.

Maintenance Policies
- Each client of mine requires between 2 to 3 hours of maintenance time per month. 15 to 30 minutes per week is required to update all software and perform weekly scans correctly.
- Rates per month will vary depending on specific client’s needs, requests received, and website specs. & requirements.
- My service includes WordPress core upgrades and plugin updates; Publishing new content; Monthly maintenance and oversight; Weekly malware security scans; Website hosting technical support.
- I am not responsible for e-mail accounts, I.T. or other non-related website services.
- I’ll publish new content as often as you like.
- E-mail your updates and support needs Monday thru Thursday, 9-5, to assure reception.
- There will be no hand holding, but I work with my clients on a weekly basis.
- I am not responsible for your website’s monthly maintenance and performance unless ongoing monthly service is requested at the time of our web design contract, and has been included as such – OR – an annual service contract has been established.
